Features
Everything Rvply does. And what it deliberately does not.
Rvply drafts, you publish. Starter, Pro and Multi include all the features below, except agency workspaces and white label: those belong to Enterprise. The difference between the plans is the number of locations and AI operations per month.
Drafting
A draft in the customer's language, with the translation alongside.
In the reviewer's language
If a customer writes in German, the draft is German. French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, English: every language, at no extra charge. Every review and every draft comes with a translation, so you judge in a language you read.
In your business's voice
Tone from formal to casual, a fixed signature, what you never promise and what your business is known for. You also pick your sector: hospitality, shop or webshop, services and trades, healthcare, professional services or other. That decides which situations the draft recognises.
No two replies the same
Every draft is compared with your recent replies. If it looks too much like an earlier one, you see that before you publish, and you can have it rewritten.
Publishing
You decide what goes out by itself. By default, nothing does.
One rule for your whole organisation, or a rule of its own per location. The safety locks apply under every setting.
By approval
Every reply waits for your approval before it goes to Google. Every new location starts this way.
Automatic, for the stars you choose
You choose which stars may go out by themselves; Rvply suggests four and five stars. You switch automatic publishing on per location, and only after you confirm it. Everything else waits for you.
Low ratings too
You can let one to three stars go out by themselves as well. Flagged drafts and the locks around illness and claims still wait for a person.
Risk and health locks
A review about getting ill, an injury or a legal claim never gets an automatic reply, under any setting. That rule cannot be switched off. For healthcare and professional services every reply waits for a person.
Delay and pause
An automatic reply appears at a random moment within the waiting time you choose; Rvply suggests 30 minutes to 3 hours. Need a break from replies? Pause the location.
Edit or rewrite
If a draft is not right, you edit it or ask for a new one. Nothing goes to Google until you tap approve.
Urgent right away, the rest bundled.
Approval email when it is urgent
A one star review, or a draft flagged by a check, costs something for every hour it sits there. For those you get an email right away with the draft and the translation. One tap on the link opens exactly that review, without signing in.
A digest for the rest
Five people saying the food was lovely are not five interruptions. Those arrive bundled in one digest, each with its own approval link. The bottom of every email says how to adjust or stop the digest.
Team and locations
One inbox for all locations, and roles that match who may do what.
Four roles
Owner manages the Google connection, the team and billing. Admin sets up locations. Editor edits and publishes. Viewer looks on. Who approved what is in the audit log.
Multiple locations
Up to fifteen locations in one inbox, each with its own voice, its own delay and its own publishing rule. You connect a new location from the same Google account. More than fifteen? That goes through Enterprise.
Export
You export your reviews, drafts, replies and settings whenever you like. They are yours, also when you stop.
Interface in three languages
The application and its emails come in English, Dutch and Turkish. You choose per account; drafts always follow the reviewer's language.
Agency workspaces and white label
For agencies managing reviews for several clients: a workspace of your own, with your own team, that works in a client's account only with the client's permission. The client stays the owner, sets the role and the locations, and can revoke access at any time. This is part of Enterprise: request a quote.
Approve from your phone
The link in the email opens one review. No app, no password. Approve, reject or rephrase, between two shifts.
Try it on your own reviews.
