Rvply

Free trial

Fourteen days free. No card. Ends on its own.

You try Rvply on your own reviews, with your own Google profile. Below is exactly what you get, what stops when the trial ends, how you cancel and what you keep.

How it starts

01a few minutes

Sign in with Google

You create an account by signing in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. There is no separate password and no payment page.

02you choose

Choose your locations and your voice

You choose which locations take part, with no limit during the trial, and tell Rvply in a few fields how your business sounds: tone, signature, what you never promise. You can change this at any time.

03you decide

Review the first drafts

Rvply fetches your reviews and drafts replies in the customer's language, with the translation alongside. You approve, edit or reject, in the inbox or from the email.

What you get

The trial in numbers

The same features as a paid plan. As many locations as you like, with a fixed number of AI operations.

Length
Fourteen days, from the moment you sign up.
Locations
No limit on the number of locations.
AI operations
Fifty in total, for the whole trial and all your locations together. Every draft, rewrite and sample reply counts as one.
Payment details
None. You leave no card and no bank account.
Features
All of them: every language, approval by email, team roles, safety rules.
Afterwards
The trial ends on its own. It never becomes a subscription.

When the fourteen days are over

At that moment everything that costs money or speaks for your business stops. Everything that is yours stays.

This stops

  • ×Fetching new reviews from Google.
  • ×Drafting replies.
  • ×Publishing replies, including automatic ones.
  • ×Approval and digest emails.

This stays

  • ✓Signing in and reading your reviews, drafts and settings.
  • ✓Exporting your data.
  • ✓Choosing a plan and carrying on where you were.
  • ✓Disconnecting your Google account or deleting your account.
  • ✓Replies already on Google. They are yours and stay there.

You receive an email on the day the trial ends. It says what has stopped and how to continue.

Continue, cancel or delete

Pick a plan in your account: Starter, Pro or Multi. You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, through Mollie with iDEAL or card. As soon as the payment is in, Rvply starts drafting again. Online checkout currently accepts Netherlands billing addresses only.

Cancel

From your account, at any time, free of charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; until that day everything keeps working. We do not refund part of a period.

Delete

If you disconnect your Google account, we delete the access token immediately and all access stops. If you delete your organisation, its review data disappears from the active database. Your reviews and replies on Google stay there: they are yours. We keep invoices for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Questions about the trial

Do I have to leave a card?

No. The trial starts without payment details and ends on its own after fourteen days. Nothing can be charged by accident.

What if my fifty AI operations run out early?

Then Rvply stops drafting until the trial ends or you pick a plan. Your reviews keep coming in and you can keep replying by hand.

Can I switch on automatic publishing during the trial?

Yes, with the same settings as on a paid plan. By default every reply waits for your approval. You switch automatic publishing on yourself, per location and after a confirmation, and you choose for which stars; Rvply suggests four and five.

Does my team lose access after the trial?

No. Everyone can keep signing in and reading. Only drafting, publishing and emailing stop until you pick a plan.

Can I start another trial later?

No. A trial belongs to one organisation and starts once. If you pick a plan later, it starts right away without a new trial.
